Established in 1991, The Actor's Studio of Newburyport is a fifty-seat black box theatre located in the heart of historic Newburyport, MA. The Studio hosts a variety of play productions every year, including dynamic, innovative presentations of established plays, as well as new, original works by local playwrights.

Our mission is to provide affordable performance space in which to foster the art of play making in our region.
