you agree to allow Meerkat Technology, Inc. to sell tickets on your behalf via the Internet.
Meerkat will remit payment to you, less direct fees charged by the credit card processing service.
Meerkat will charge a reasonable service fee to the purchaser for the convenience of using this service.
Your organization is responsible for issuing refunds/making alternative arrangements if your event is cancelled for any reason.
We reserve the right to reject or edit the content for any event submitted.
